Digital Products β No Refunds on Delivered Downloads
Because all Rex Lexington Labs products are instant digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been delivered. Once you receive access to your digital files, the transaction is considered complete.
This is standard practice for digital goods, as digital files cannot be βreturnedβ once downloaded.
Exceptions
We will gladly issue a refund or credit in the following situations:
- Duplicate purchase β If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we'll refund the duplicate.
- Technical issues β If you are unable to download or access your files after purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
- Incorrect product β If the delivered files are substantially different from what was described on the product listing.
- Corrupted files β If the downloaded files are damaged or corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@rexlexingtonlabs.com with:
- Your order number or the email address used during checkout
- The product name
- A description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost small businesses significant fees. We're happy to work with you to resolve any issue directly and quickly.
